Exceptional surface finish and printability

Panchroma™ CoPE is a copolyester-based filament designed for effortless printing and an exceptionally smooth, high-quality surface finish. Its advanced formula significantly improves bridging and overhang capabilities, enabling reliable high-speed printing up to 400 mm/s (approximately 20% faster than regular PLA).

Superior adhesion to the print bed with important handling tips

This material offers exceptional adhesion to the print bed, helping to prevent warping even in complex prints. However, the adhesion can be so strong that using a release agent (such as NanoPolymer or Magigoo) is recommended to facilitate part removal. Avoid using textured PEI print boards without additional adhesive, as the adhesion can be excessive. For easier removal, allow prints to cool completely to room temperature before removing them.

Specialized compatibility

Panchroma™ CoPE does not adhere well to standard PLA, so it is not suitable for multi-material prints that combine Panchroma-based PLA without designing physical attachments to the part. However, this poor adhesion is an advantage when using CoPE as a removable support material for PLA, as it allows for clean and easy support removal.

Choose Panchroma™ CoPE for projects that require fast and reliable printing, excellent surface quality and great adhesion to the print bed, especially when printing complex geometries or using removable supports.

Printing requirements
Printing on textured PEI is not recommended, as this material has very high adhesion to the print bed and can damage it. We recommend using NanoPolymer to facilitate print removal if using a textured PEI board.

A print bed temperature of 40-50°C usually ensures good adhesion. For even greater adhesion, you can slightly increase the temperature, but avoid exceeding 60°C to prevent over-adhesion.

This material prints perfectly on any standard 3D printer and at higher than normal printing speeds.
