Print electrically insulating and flame-retardant parts with Fiberon™ PPS-GF20
Designed for engineers who demand the best in thermal resistance, dimensional stability, and dielectric insulation, this glass fiber reinforced PPS filament is the ideal choice for high-performance applications in electronic, aerospace, and industrial environments.
Isolation where it matters
Fiberon PPS-GF20 offers a dielectric strength of 6.05 kV/mm and a low dielectric constant (2.71 at 1 MHz), making it perfect for electrical enclosures, ADAS sensor housings, and structural components in 5G base stations.
Designed to withstand extreme heat
Designed to maintain structural integrity at temperatures up to 236.3°C (HDT at 0.45 MPa after annealing). Whether you're building parts for high-temperature housings, hot air equipment, or for use under a vehicle's hood, this filament won't deform under pressure.
Reinforced with fiberglass for added strength
With 20% fiberglass reinforcement, PPS-GF20 offers exceptional strength and stiffness (up to 4552 MPa Young's modulus and 102 MPa flexural strength in XY), ideal for supports, antenna mounts and parts exposed to chemicals.
Fireproof and resistant to chemicals
Certified to UL94 V0 at 1.5 mm, it is resistant to acids, bases, oils, and solvents. A reliable choice for critical environments such as chemical laboratories, manufacturing plants, and automotive housings.
Accurate, reliable, and print-ready
It supports high-speed printing (up to 250 mm/s) with minimal warping and stable Z-axis strength. Recommended for hardened steel nozzles. Available in neutral gray to reduce heat absorption and offer flexibility in post-processing.
Compatible with AMS, moisture-free and tangle-free
This filament, delivered vacuum-sealed and perfectly wound, is compatible with Bambu AMS systems. Its low moisture absorption (0.11%, 70% relative humidity, 23°C) ensures reliable print quality, even in humid environments.
Printing requirements
All-metal extruder and hotend at over 310°C
Hardened nozzle
Annealing after printing
You may need a filament dryer depending on the humidity in your environment. Keep it dry when not in use.
